There you can read that one of the objectives is “the take over of the not hold 50 % share of the Anfi Group”.

This was something that I had been waiting for some time, it was not logical the situation in which Anfi Group was. Now with this maneuver, Lopesan will be able to control more than 50% since by increasing the capital it will be able to have more shares of the total, making it impossible for Hermanos Santana Cazorla to comply with the financial requirements to maintain its superiority within the shareholders. To that end they should disburse many million euros, something that they just aren’t in the position to do so.
