BREAKING NEWS! The Supreme Court declares null and void contracts in perpetuity

The Supreme Court in Spain has declared, in an unprecedented decision, that any contract signed in perpetuity should be considered null and void. The contract had to be signed after the entrance into effect of Law 42/98 (that was the 5th of January 1999). Although it was issued in a proceeding involving Anfi, this would apply to any Club in Spain that have sold timeshare in perpetuity since 1999.

I hope to know more about this very important decision soon and be able to share with you. This could mean, at least in Spain, the end of a nightmare for many timeshare owners tied up forever with something they don't want anymore. Great News!!

If you have any doubt about if your contract is eligible, please contact me.
